Last Monday I and my friend Lara Woolley went for a walk and take some photos to be used perhaps as research for our new work for the exhibition The Crux of the Matter. We found these dead trees, and I imagine they fell because of all those downpours that fell here in the UK. Very sad because they were huge and probably very old. Trees texture are always very attractive to me, and it will help me in my drawings.
